All custom orders are processed after receiving your final approval via WhatsApp. Please ensure that all names, dates, texts, images or logos submitted are correct. Once approved, no changes can be made.

 

 

2. Production Time

Our usual processing time is 2 to 5 business days, depending on the complexity of your order. You will be notified once your order is complete and ready for pickup or shipping.

 

 

3. Pickup & Shipping

We offer:

• Free pickup in Garnerville, NY (address provided after order confirmation)
• Nationwide shipping across the USA via USPS
  You will receive your tracking number by email once your package has shipped.

 

 

 

4. Payment

Full payment is required before production begins. We accept all major forms of payment as provided on our website.

 

 

5. Returns & Refunds

Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds once the design is approved.

However, if there is an error on our part, we will correct it at no additional cost.
